1. The PS102 series spray valve is made of stainless steel and Teflon. Each valve can be calibrated with the stroke setting knob to realize the process control of the spray volume. 2. By adjusting the valve opening time and atomizing air pressure to obtain precise spraying effects, the delayed atomization function ensures that the fluid in the nozzle is completely sprayed after each spray, thereby preventing nozzle blockage, reducing maintenance times and reducing downtime.

3. The amount of spraying depends on the valve opening time, fluid pressure, fluid viscosity, striker stroke and selected nozzle specifications. The spray width depends on the distance from the nozzle to the substrate
