 1. Three-axis desktop dispensing mechanism:

   X axis: stroke 300mm, speed 0~1000mm/s, acceleration 0~3000mm/s2, repeat positioning accuracy 0.02mm, driving mode: servo motor + precision screw;

   Y axis: stroke 300mm, speed 0~1000mm/s, acceleration 0~3000mm/s2, repeat positioning accuracy 0.02mm, driving mode: servo motor + precision screw;

   Z axis: stroke 100mm, speed 0~500mm/s, acceleration 0~3000mm/s2, repeat positioning accuracy 0.02mm, driving mode: servo motor + precision screw;

2. Installation conditions

4) Relative humidity: 0-70%RH.

Description of materials used in the whole line (machine):

 1) Metal materials: S45C, SUS304, aluminum, aluminum alloy, SKD11, SPCC, copper, SUJ2;

2) Non-metallic materials: Acrylic, Saigang, Teflon, Youli glue, polyurethane;

Note: All the workpieces that are in direct contact with the battery must be insulated, and the guardrail of the runner and the contact surface of the battery must be planted with insulating, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials.

Installation and commissioning

1. Party B is responsible for the on-site installation and commissioning of the equipment.

2. Party A is responsible for the primary wiring and takeover of the power and air supply at the equipment site.

Training

1. Party B shall train Party A’s personnel during the installation and commissioning of the equipment. The number and composition of training personnel shall be determined by Party A.

2. The training content and methods shall be provided by Party B and implemented after Party A confirms and agrees.

Final acceptance

1. After Party B completes the on-site installation, commissioning and training, after normal use, Party A is requested to conduct the final acceptance of the equipment.

2. The content and methods of the final acceptance of the equipment shall be implemented in accordance with Party A’s production process, and the relevant indicators shall meet the various technical indicators determined by the "Technical Requirements".

Quality assurance

The supplier guarantees to provide customers with brand-new, technologically advanced, high-quality products that meet the requirements of design parameters, and there will be no equipment defects caused by design, material selection, and manufacturing errors under normal working conditions. If there are equipment defects caused by the supplier's design, material selection, and manufacturing errors after the equipment is shipped to the buyer under normal working conditions, the supplier will repair or replace the defective part for free after receiving the user's notice.

Warranty period: 12 months (device failures caused by incorrect maintenance and operation of the user are not included in the above warranty).
